The Office Administrator is the center point of communication, customer service, and workflow at Midtown. The position energetically provides support to, and works collaboratively with the President, Director of Field Operations, and the entire staff to achieve the core goals of the organization. The individual interacts with a broad range of stakeholders, including local government agencies, neighborhood associations, partner non-profits, businesses, and residents. Frequently, the individual is the first and main point of contact for individuals and organizations interacting with Midtown. The Office Administrator completes diverse tasks in a fast-paced environment which requires him/her to be self-motivated and an exceptional communicator. The specific duties focus on customer service, administrative support and management, operations support, and database management.
