Chesapeake Legal Alliance seeks a Director of Philanthropy
CLA seeks a highly motivated, forward-thinking, and seasoned leader to serve as the Director of Philanthropy. This new position will be responsible for leading all strategic philanthropic activities, with a specific focus on building a diverse portfolio of individual and corporate donors. A successful candidate will be committed to getting results, even in a challenging economic environment. She/He/They will elevate CLA’s visibility, maintain and cultivate donor relationships, and ultimately generate significant new revenue to support CLA’s mission. The Director will serve as a key member of our leadership team, reporting to the Co-Executive Directors, Eliza Smith Steinmeier and David Reed.
Position Vital Stats
Salary Range: $80,000+, commensurate with experience
Benefits: QSEHRA health account; retirement benefits, including employer contribution
Hours: Full-Time
Office Location: Annapolis, MD; virtual during Covid-19
