Howard EcoWorks is currently hiring for the Deputy Director position. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to help lead a new and rapidly growing nonprofit organization with unique programming and a skilled, talented and dedicated staff.  The Deputy Director leads in the overall administration and operation of the organization with the Executive Director. The Deputy Director supports achievement of organizational goals through the development and implementation of polices, plans and procedures.  The Deputy Director provides support and leadership to staff to plan, coordinate and deliver programs and projects. The Deputy Director supervises and supports the Operations Director in coordinating and overseeing daily operations while ensuring EcoWorks’ compliance with external regulations and internal policies.
