The CBMM Education department is seeking an Education Programs Manager to join their team. The Education Programs Manager is responsible for the management of several initiatives within CBMM’s Education department, with a focus on youth and workshop initiatives, which include summer camp and the Rising Tide after school program.
The ideal candidate will enjoy creating immersive and engaging learning experiences for program participants in a welcoming, relaxed environment. They will inspire participants to develop a sense of self-confidence and pride through mentorships that provides guidance and supports students to become more academically prepared to achieve long-term success.
We seek a candidate with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant instruction experience and at least one year of supervisory experience, a desire to work with school age children, experience with safe power and hand tool usage, and experience in facilitating out of school programs or summer camps. They should be self-directed with excellent organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills. The candidate must be able to pass state mandated Federal and State background checks; maintain a valid driver’s license, and clean driving record; and successfully obtain and maintain CPR/First Aid/AED Certification.

Salary range of $51,500-$62,900 annually, commensurate with education and experience. Relocation assistance is available. Some evening and weekend work is required.
