Arterra Landscapes is looking for motivated, skilled individuals to join our growing team. We are looking to hire an entry-level crew member with an opportunity to learn and grow with our team.
Crew Members work outdoors in small teams installing beautiful and sustainable landscapes. You must be able to lift 25-65 pound bags of materials, move wheelbarrows of soil/stone/mulch, and plant a variety of trees, flowers, and shrubs. Experience in landscaping, environmental science, masonry, carpentry is preferred but we are truly looking for an individual who would love to learn all these skills, likes the benefit of daily “on the job” training, shows attention to details, has a sense of humor and possesses positive energy to join our company. A reliable vehicle, driver’s license, and a clean driving record are required. Comfortable driving a truck a plus.
Arterra Landscapes is a small family-owned boutique landscaping company specializing in transforming outdoor spaces into beautiful and functional gardens in the Washington DC area. We install and maintain rain gardens, bayscapes, hardscapes, and stormwater systems.
