Annual Salary: $26,500
Benefits: In addition to salary, $3,975 will be provided for health care and retirement. Employees have flexible work schedules (full-time, 35 hours/week) and may work remotely one day a week.

Description
The Nanticoke Watershed Alliance is in search of a smart, creative, self-driven individual to help our organization grow. Upcoming projects consist of environmental education presentations, field trips, and action projects with students. The successful candidate will also be responsible for promoting stormwater pollution reduction programs and assisting in homeowner conservation landscaping projects like rain gardens and designer ditches. The position will also assist with our award-winning volunteer water quality monitoring program as well as special events and a wide variety of other projects as needed.

Requirements
• Four-year degree in the environmental field or a relevant subject
• Must be very detail-oriented
• Able to work in a team or independently
• Enjoy developing creative outreach programs
• Experience in environmental education
• Familiarity with rain gardens and other nature-based landscaping is a plus
• Ability to work some evening and weekends for special events.
