Valley Conservation Council Seeks Executive Director
The Valley Conservation Council (VCC) is seeking an experienced, energetic Executive Director with a love for land conservation and a talent for working with people. Since 1990, VCC has helped protect tens of thousands of acres of farmlands, forests, wetlands, unique ecological features, and historic landscapes in Virginia’s famous Shenandoah Valley. VCC’s service area, which is situated between the Blue Ridge Parkway, Shenandoah National Park, the Allegheny Highlands, and the Jefferson and George Washington National Forests, offers spectacular outdoor recreation opportunities and a thriving cultural heritage.
