The Hampton Roads Planning District Commission (HRPDC) is seeking a candidate for the position of Water Resources Planner or Engineer. This position will provide technical assistance to local governments and work on a variety of projects including tracking changes in state regulations that impact local government’s drinking water, wastewater, and stormwater utilities, developing and implementing regional programs to address regulatory and permit requirements related to these utilities, and identifying research and data analyses that address water resource challenges in the Hampton Roads region.
