Each year, Oak Ridge Baptist Church shuts down the entire church on Palm Sunday and serves the community for PEACE1 Day. PEACE1 Day on the Lower Nanticoke
On PEACE1 Day, Oak Ridge Baptist Church of Salisbury, MD shuts down on Palm Sunday and sends its congregation to volunteer at various sites on the Lower Shore. Nanticoke Watershed Alliance of Vienna, MD and Oak Ridge will be coordinating a cleanup along Wetipquin Road and at Roaring Point Park. This is a closed event.
