The Chesapeake Stormwater Network (CSN) is excited to announce a free, new training program! Our Chesapeake Urban Stormwater Professionals (CUSP) program is primarily designed for students and young professionals interested in stormwater and watershed management and looking to network and/or gain some useful career credentials. The CUSP program is designed to be flexible to fit around existing schedules, while providing practical knowledge to supplement classroom and on-the-job learning.
Course offerings include topics on complying with MS4 stormwater permits, engaging the public, Chesapeake Bay restoration practices, and managing for local climate resilience. Plus much more!
Registration is open now and extends until July 17. A series of live webcasts are scheduled from July 20 to September 8, but participants have the option to watch archived versions of any webcasts they miss, and have until December 8 to finish up.
